Update programs written in Python, to work with the menu.

Features:
- Ability to edit / add any folder icon on
- Ability to bekapa / recovery menu
- Ability to rename icon

Upgrading to version 3.05:
- You can now add their icons to 30 pieces

Requirements:

To add third-party icons:
1. You take the correct icon in *. MIF
